Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 12 hours without giving any reason for doing so.
We do not accept returns. If your products are damaged during shipment or technically defective you may be eligible for a replacement, not a refund. We do not provide a refund if our product or service do not meet your expectations based on your unknowledge of the product/service. Please read the information about the services and products provided by www.chancegs.com on our website before making your purchase.
In such a case we will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the order cancellations. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions For Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return (Damaged during shipping or Technically defective), please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized/customized.
The supply of Goods which are written over by any app and locked i.e. now no other data can be written on those goods.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale or discounts cannot be refunded.
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE ITEMS
The product is to be examined by the customer immediately on receipt. The same applies if delivery is not made to the customer but to a third party named by customer. If your product appears to be faulty due to software or application malfunction you may be eligible for a replacement. If you received a damaged or faulty product it should be indicated immediately after knowledge of these has been acquired. Notice is to be given by emailing to info@chancegs.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product. To be eligible for card replacement you would have to provide a proof that it is damaged or faulty. Please note that card will not be replaced if it is not compatible with your intended use. We do not take responsibility and we cannot guide or advice you on your personal devise issues. Claims for defects shall not arise in relation to minor deviations from the agreed characteristics. We cannot held responsibility for customer errors or inability to visualize the final product
Returning Goods
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
