SHIPPING POLICY
Chancegs.com is responsible for your order from placement, to production and packaging. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, our responsibility ceases.
Thus, any items damaged in shipping must be addressed with the shipping carrier themselves. If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, a reshipment fee, 150% of the initial shipping charge, will be required. Please include a phone number with your order so that you may be easily contacted in the event that there is a problem with delivery.
SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBERS
As Chance Global Solutions custom creates its products as per individual order, shipment tracking numbers are not available until production is completed. You may be able to track your order with the carrier provided.
TURNAROUND TIMES
All our Standard products are delivered within 5 -15 days of confirmed purchase.
Custom Designed products and imported item shipping times are post design and procurement process and may take additional 2-10 days .
In the event that we are unable to complete production within the specified time frame, we will accommodate for the additional time spent on production with a faster shipping method so that you can still receive your order on/around the estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that we do not guarantee delivery dates, the date you are provided with is simply an estimate.
On rare occasions, where the print output may not meet our quality control standards, we’ll have no choice but to reprint your order, causing delays.
